OG Jam @ Glendale Celebrating the Verdugo Skateparks 20th Anniversary
We are so pleased to announce we’ll be co-producing the Verdugo Skateparks 20 year anniversary party. This one is close to home and I (Jeff) was there skating this place a lot when it first opened 20 years ago. So, here’s some things you might want to know:
- Helmets are required
- Free to enter most events
- Gates open at 10 am.
Death Race and Death Race for Cash
- Advanced skaters only
- 2 divisions. Open for all and Free will receive prizes for 1st, 2nd, 3rd place finishers. Race for cash will cost $10 to enter, cash will be turned around to 1st, 2nd, 3rd place finishers (60%, 30%, 10%)
Bowl Contest Divisions
- 12 and under
- 13-18
- 18-30
- 30-39
- 40-49
- 50-59
- Ladies divisions will be created for any group if we have 3 or more competitors, otherwise Ladies will compete in the Mens but be awarded separately.
Best Trick Kidney Bowl Jam
- 30 minute bowl jam for best trick
- Prizes will be awarded for best trick(s) decided by judges
